What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ and availability are reviewed for the selected construction, finish, quantity split and packaging. Include the requested references and quantities so these can be confirmed in the proposal.
How long does sample production take?
Confirm the sample scope, proposed timing and approval sequence for your design. Availability and any priority request are reviewed before the schedule is agreed.
Do you provide NDA for custom designs?
State your confidentiality and file-handling requirements before sharing detailed designs. Any written agreement, permitted use and responsibilities are reviewed for the project before acceptance.
What are your payment terms?
Payment method, any deposit, balance timing and currency are confirmed in the accepted quotation. Request written terms for the order before authorizing payment.
Can you ship to my country?
